Cottage Garden Nursery A Traditional Nursery with plants in mind        News Established in 1982, from small beginnings the Nursery still has a cottage garden atmosphere and is a plantsman’s paradise, attracting people from up and down the country.   Set in over two acres you are surrounded by plants the moment you drive into the car park.   Conservation plays a keynote here, and the owners Laraine and Peter Shotton will be only too pleased to help you set up wild life and butterfly gardens.   Over the years the nursery has attracted thirteen species of butterfly, a colony of crested newts, frogs and toads, weasels, hedgehogs, and many other types of small mammals and birds.   We are, and intend to stay, a small and personal company, with an interest in giving satisfaction and a joy of gardening to our customers.
